In connection with ‘English Language Day’ 2023, the discipline of English, Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities, is conducting a ‘JAM’ (Just a Minute) competition for the students of all semesters on May 05, 2023, Friday. 

Venue: Language Lab, First Floor, KE Block

Time: 11:30 am- 12:30 pm

JAM (Just a Minute) is a popular public speaking competition that requires participants to speak for a minute on a given topic without any preparation time. They are not allowed to repeat themselves, go off-topic, or hesitate. The other participants can challenge the speaker if they break any of these rules. The winner is usually the person who can speak for the full minute without any mistakes or challenges.
