Career Guidance Cell in RSET functions with the objective of providing learning/training opportunities to students in the areas of academic, career, personal and social development. It aims to prepare students to meet their future challenges and supports them in identifying their interests and strengths.
Objectives:

• The Cell organizes Workshops and Seminars on Personality Development, Interpersonal Relationship, Communication Skills, Interview Skills and Presentation Skills to enable the All-Round development of individuals.
• The Cell organizes programmes to create awareness about the importance of higher studies in India and Abroad.
• The Cell organizes diagnostic tests for the GATE competitive exams and to counsel them for higher studies.
