Phoenix is an initiative by IEEE RSET SB in order to provide free co-curricular education to students who don’t have proper access or is unable to purchase online courses and also in order to provide school students with technical skills and give them a good start to the world of tech.
We have 6 different courses with over 80 students and 7 mentors with a maximum of 1:15 student-teacher ratio.
The courses are C++, Python ,JS ,App development, Web Development, and Arduino & Tinkercad
The mentors are students from our own SB Manu Krishnan, Sara Paul , Dijo Daiju, Jocelyn Joshy, Irin Sunny, Anisha T Anilkumar and Adithya S M.
The courses are for the duration of 1.5 months and there will be competitions conducted after the whole session for the students so that they can showcase their newly learned skills.
