Instructions to Candidates/Parents appearing for College Merit Admission

  1. This year's (2024) admission will be in online mode through the Candidate's portal. Click the link below:

  2. Please note that you have not submitted your original certificates/documents. If at any point of time during the verification process, we find any discrepancy between your claims/marks with the original certificates/documents, your admission will be cancelled.
  3. The online admission process will be smooth if you have good connectivity, and laptop with Mozilla Firefox browser.
  4. The whole admission process will be based on merit and done in the order of the Open Merit rank.
  5. Admission to reservation seats (Christian Community merit) will also be done in the order of Open Merit rank.
  6. There are 3 stages for this online admission process.

    Stage 1: Reporting
    Stage 2: Allotment
    Stage 3: Fee payment.

  7. Enter the Candidate's portal using the login and password you have been provided for submitting the application.
  8. Click “Report Here” button during the time slot allotted for you (refer admission schedule) to report for admission. This is the stage 1 of the admission process.
  9. You can see the live vacancy status on this page.
  10. Do not press back button at any time.
  11. You will not be permitted to report (click Report Here button) before or after the time slot allotted to you (to know your time slot refer Admission Schedule).
  12. We do not encourage Late reporting and Early reporting.
  13. After reporting wait for your turn to move to the allotment page.
  14. When you are called for the allotment, choose your preferred branch. If you are not interested, you can leave by submitting higher options. If allotted in a branch which is not your first preference, you can give higher option after the allotment. This is stage 2 of the admission process.
  15. In the next window, the fee of Rs. 223870/- has to be paid on the day of admission itself (at the final stage of the admission process). This is stage 3 of the admission process.
