STEM EDUCATION FOR HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS

The Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department, in collaboration with IEEE, conducted a two-day workshop on Arduino for health monitoring, specifically tailored for high school girls as part of STEM education. The initiative involved 10 teams, each comprising two students from the 9th grade of Government High School Tripunithara, Kochi, Kerala. Every participant received an Arduino Uno beginner kit, inclusive of sensor packages, wifi, ethernet, Bluetooth, and Wireless Tx/Rx. This program is financially supported by the New Innovation Challenge under the Educational activity of R10 IEEE.
