On-line hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning for M.Tech and B.Tech. students

Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology offers in-house, on-line hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning for M.Tech and B.Tech. students. The training course comprises of two parts – Basic Module and Advanced Module. Each part has a duration of 50 hours spread over 25 weeks (2hrs/week). The course is being offered for interested graduate and under graduate students by well experienced faculty.

The basic course aims to create strong understanding and skill set on the foundational topics which are pre-requisites needed before taking up any study on Data Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning. The course then progresses to a set of comprehensive algorithms covering the major paradigms of machine learning and finally completing with introduction to Deep learning and Model evaluation methods.

For further specialization the advanced course starts with introduction and practical implementation of the  concepts of Artificial Neural Networks and Deep Learning followed by TensorFlow and using TensorFlow for Object detection and Classification methods, Sequence modeling, Natural Language Processing and Generative Adversarial Networks.

This is perhaps the first time an academic institution in Kerala has under taken an initiative to provide an highly interactive practical hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and Deep Learning for students of any engineering discipline. The courses have a multidisciplinary approach and are designed with a view that irrespective of their main stream branch, no aspiring student with a passion to work in Data Sciences, AI, ML and DL will miss the opportunity to learn and practice this emerging and widely required skill set required for a successful career under the scenario with accelerated adoption of data-driven decision making across various industries.
