1. From this semester onwards, there will be ONLY ONE retest for students who were absent for any number of internal examinations.
2. The faculty handling a course needs to set ONLY ONE question paper out of 100 marks. The questions will be from the entire syllabus of the course.
3. In the case of students who were absent for only one of the internal exams, the marks scored in the retest will be scaled and counted as internal marks for that exam.
4. In the case of students who were absent for both the internal exams, the scaled marks will be counted as their internal marks for ONLY ONE of the exams and the marks for the other exam will be zero.
5. The above guidelines also apply to a student who was not eligible to appear for an internal exam due to a shortage of attendance.
