at 8.20 a.m., Catholic students and parents, and others interested, are directed
to the Chavara Hall. Other B.Tech students guided to classrooms in third floor;
and their parents to Gallery Hall. M.Tech students are to be seated in LH No:
XIX and LH No: XX. 2. At
9.10 a.m., students line up from the respective classrooms to Atrium and then to
Chavara Hall through the walk way. 3. Selected
students (2 boys and 2 girls) from each B.Tech class, preferably dressed in
uniform given chiraags at Atrium. 4. After
Mass (around 9.10 a.m.), students at Chavara Hall will remain in the designated
place. 5. Chavara
Hall to be cleared for incoming students. Parents are
directed to the allocated seats in the outer side wing pandhal, outer anterior
wing of the pandhal and in front of the Gallery hall. 6. At
9.30 a.m, lighting of lamp at Atrium. Lights relayed to the front end of
procession and procession starts. 7. Procession
is headed by Panchavadyam. On reaching the Hall, Panchavadyam being played
occupies front end of the outer side wing of Chavara Hall. 8. Chief
guest and dignitaries follow the procession. 9.
At Chavara Hall, dignitaries to be
seated in front. Staff members may occupy the vacant seats at the back of
Chavara Hall. 10. Programme
begins. After Ranga Puja and Bhajan, dignitaries are escorted to the dais. 11. Rest
of the programme follows. 12. Vote
of thanks. 13. Principal’s
Address on RSET. 14. Students
exit Chavara Hall and are directed to respective classrooms where they interact
with their Class Teachers and receive food packets. Temporary ID cards to be
filled by students, collected and returned to office by class teachers. 15. Parents to reorganize branch-wise. (Two branches to be
arranged in the outer side wing of Chavara Hall- CSE & ME). 16. PTA executive members to be elected. 17. Crowd to disperse. 18. Two help desks available at Chavara Hall; route maps to
hostels displayed, other information like hostel allotments to be available. 19. Bus facility to hostels available. 20. Executive
committee members of higher semester to be guided to lunch venue. 21. At
2.00 p.m., PTA Executive Committee meeting at Multimedia Hall. PRINCIPAL
