Notice No: RSET/PL/N/5437 Date : 08/27/2020 Dear Parents, Greetings from Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology! We hope this letter finds you and your dear ones safe and healthy in these difficult times. The COVID 19 pandemic has no doubt disrupted our daily life and routine in countless ways. However, we, at RSET, are trying our level best to bring back a sense of normalcy and routine to our academic schedule even in the midst of all this. We have resumed our academic activities in full swing from mid-May, have conducted the academic evaluation of the students for the previous semester, and communicated their performance to the university. From August 17, 2020, we have commenced the online sessions for the new semester (Semesters III, V and VII) with a published 5 day week timetable, with 4 sessions every day,covering the theory courses. The laboratory courses will be offered through virtual labs and the monitoring and assessment will be carried out on Saturdays. Apart from this, we have shifted other training programmes and workshops to the online mode so that our students do not lose any valuable time. The institution is also in the process of updating and enhancing its ICT and infrastructure facilities so as to meet these changed requirements. We understand that these are trying times for you and we are taking suitable measures to address all your concerns in the best possible manner. But at the same time kindly note that the staff members of this institution are fully paid for their service to mould eminent professionals from this institution. Considering your request for the payment of annual fee, the deadline for fee payment is extended to 30th September 2020. In genuine cases and in unavoidable circumstances fee can be paid in two instalments. First instalment of Rs. 45000/- is to be paid before 30th September 2020 and the second instalment of Rs. 40,000 is to be paid before 31st December 2020. You have entrusted your child’s education to RSET with faith in our capabilities, and we assure you that we are working uncompromisingly to deliver on that promise.
