Students who require hostel accommodation are required to fill the form available with the Class Teacher  on or before 30^th January 2021.

 Admission to hostel is granted for the period from 15^th March 2021 to August 2021 only.

Preference for hostel admission will be given to those students coming from abroad/outside the state and other districts.

Final decision on hostel admission rests with the respective Hostel Warden. 

List of students selected for hostel admission will be published  by first week of February 2021.

 The following points have to be noted by students who require hostel accommodation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOSTEL INMATES

1. Those students who are coming from abroad/other states have to find their own quarantine facility.
2. All hostel inmates must be in possession of Covid – 19 negative certificate procured within 48 hours before hostel entry. They will not be allowed to go home or outside the campus. If they do, they have to test before being let in.
3. All students have to wear masks and should have individual sanitizer in their rooms.
4. They have to bring a reasonable number of masks preferably reusable type. Used masks should be discarded only at the specified points.
5. To ensure social distancing, gathering in any form will not be permitted in the premises.
6. Accommodation will be provided only one day before the commencement of classes.
7. Unwanted movements of inmates are strictly prohibited.
8. Check-in should be between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
9. It is preferable to bring and keep your own utensils (steel plate, glass etc.) for the purpose of taking food from the mess.
10.  All inmates have to strictly observe these instructions. Noncompliance with these instructions will lead to immediate expulsion from the hostel.
