Eligibility

1. The competition is open to Ph.D holders / Ph.D students registered in any State/ Central Institution or University.
2. Candidates must not have defended their thesis prior to September 2022. 
3. The Ph.D student entering the competition must have completed at least 2 years of doctoral research.
4. Letter of endorsement for participation by Ph.D Guide/Supervisor/Head (pdf file) on official letterhead is required for PhD students
5. Ph.D holders need to submit the copy of the Ph.D certificate.

Awards and Recognition:

All the participants will receive participation certificates.
The top three entries will receive certificates, plaques and cash awards.

Registration Fee: Rs 1000

Guidelines for abstract Submission

Candidates are required to submit an extended abstract, with a maximum length of 3 A4-pages in PDF format.  The extended abstract should include:

1. Title of the work along with author name, affiliation and email
2. Introduction: Brief overview and objective of the study.
3. Methodology: Summary of the approach or methods used.
4. Results: Key findings or outcomes of the work.
5. Conclusion: Implications and significance of the findings.
6. References: Optional, but must be included within the 3-page limit if applicable.

Submitted extended abstracts will be evaluated by a panel of experts in the field. Selection will be based on the quality, originality, relevance, clarity, and potential impact of the work. Authors of selected abstracts will be notified via email. Selected participants will be able to participate in the contest. Authors of selected abstracts must register for the event.
