Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RSET)- Autonomous, established in 2001, is a private self-financing college, which had been affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala from the 2001 to the 2014 admissions, and is affiliated to the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University, Trivandrum, Kerala from the 2015 admissions onwards. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

But in Rajagiri, the story is entirely different .They make sure that all students get ample chances to find their first job by bringing more and more companies every year for recruitment. I can assert with confidence that Rajagiri and its placement cell has played an instrumental role in helping me find my first job.The pre placement training conducted by them will help students to clear the aptitude tests like a piece of cake. RSET placement cell has been instrumental in aiding me to secure a job at MRF Tyres. The interview process was extremely gruelling but the training provided by the placement cell enabled me to clear the interview and get selected in the first attempt itself, becoming the first person from RSET to be placed in MRF Tyres.The placement cell works tirelessly for the benefit of the students, bringing reputed companies such as MRF to campus for recruitment. The placement cell also provides training to the students to face interviews and aptitude tests by bringing in resource persons from outside whose training helped me to crack the aptitude tests and interviews I had to face. It is by grace of God Almighty that all of this was possible; I hope that God continues to aid the placement cell in reaching new heights of excellence.

I tried for UPSC exams for two years after BTech, but I couldn't clear it. I was too depressed after that because I knew that job opportunities in private sector is also out of reach for me due to the year gap. I wanted to grab some opportunity in which my career would be safe at the same time I wanted to do post-graduation. I applied in DTE and I got admission in Government College. But I got to know from my friends that placement opportunities in any college is bad for PG students in Kerala except for Rajagiri. I joined Rajagiri in 2017 for MTech in VLSI and Embedded Systems. The faculty in Rajagiri is top notch and very supportive that I could grab internship offer in Bosch during first year of my PG itself at the same time I could do well in my academics. I spend my second year in Bosch for internship and became a permanent employee there. Thanks to Rajagiri for the excellent support you have provided to me and I would say that Rajagiri is the best choice in Kerala.
