Happy to announce that Fr. Dr. Jaison Paul CMI, Department of Computer Science has been granted access to KTU High Performance Computing (HPC) machine – ParamShavak. It has a peak computing power of 3 Tera-Flops and pre-loaded with the following parallel programming development tools and libraries:

·        OpenMPI (mpich2)

·        CUDA (NVIDIA)

·        Bio-informatics: mpiBLAST

·        Molecular Dynamics: GROMACS

·        Materials Science: Quantum Espresso

·        Quantum Chemistry: NWChem, ABINIT

·        Atmospheric and Ocean Modeling: WRF, MOM

·        CFD: Open FOAM

 More applications can be made available on request and subject to feasibility. RSET has dedicated a separate machine to access this HPC machine. Those who wish to use this facility, may please contact Fr Jaison at joishg@rajagiritech.edu.in
