For the information of delegates
- All the academic sessions will be held from 7th to 9th December 2017.
- 10th December is reserved for conference tour.
- On the first day, 7th December, Inaugural function will start at 10 am. All the delegates should attend the inaugural function.
- Accommodation of delegates is arranged at RSET guest house, RBS guest house and Gulf Plaza lodge. Allotment is given in the Accommodation sheet.
- There will be pick up bus from Gulf Plaza on 7th, 8th and 9th at exactly 8 am.
- After the sessions on 7th and 8th return bus to Gulf Plaza will be at 8.15 pm from RSET.
- Conference food consists of Breakfast. Lunch, dinner and forenoon and afternoon snacks.
- The time for food is given in the Conference Schedule.
- On the first day, 7th December, registration will start at 9 am. All the delegates should collect the conference kit from the registration desk.
- Those who have not paid the registration should pay the same at the registration desk.
- Delegates who wish to attend the conference tour on 10th December (10 am to 1 pm) are requested to give their names at the registration desk.
- There will be Public lectures on 7th and 8th December from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm.
On 7th the speaker is Shri. K Mohammed Y Safirulla IAS,District Collector,Ernakulam and on 8th the speaker is Mr. Venugopal C Govind, Managing Partner, Varma & Varma Chartered Accountants. - Attendance in all the sessions including public lectures is mandatory to get the participation certificate.
