Rev. Fr. Antony Kariyil CMI, received his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from JDV Pune, and in Theology from Dharmaram College, Bangalore. Afterwards he completed his post graduation and PhD in Sociology from Pune University. He began his teaching career as a Lecturer with Sacred Heart College, Thevara in 1974, from where he went on to join Christ College, Bangalore in 1978. Subsequently he served as the Principal of Christ College from 1989 to 1997, and as the Principal of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences from 1997 to 2002.
      Dr. Antony Kariyil served as the Vicar Provincial & Secretary for Social Apostolate, Sacred Heart Province, Kalamassery, from 1999 to 2002. He was the Prior General of the CMI congregation from 2002-2008.

      An eminent educationist and writer Rev. Fr. (Dr.) Cherian Kunianthodath CMI, was formerly Professor and Head of Department at Devagiri College. He became the Vice Principal of St. Joseph's college Devagiri, Calicut University. He was the Chief Editor of Kudumbadeepam, Cochin and served as Director Navakerala Cooperative & Publishing Co. He was also the secretary of the Calicut Book Club. He is Rajagiri's Provincial Councillor for Education and Mass Media. He has several publications to his name and has won a number of awards for his works of literature.

      Fr. Jose Alex CMI, the Director of the college is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Fr. Jose Alex was the Principal of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences for 13 years (1st April 1984 to 31st March 1997).He was the Provincial of the Sacred Heart Province of CMI congregation for six years. He was a member of the Academic Committee of the Mahatma Gandhi University during his tenure in the University Syndicate. A farsighted visionary, his major contributions include the spinning off, of Rajagiri School of Management and the commencement of this institution at the Rajagiri Valley Campus.

      A renowned mathematics professor, he was the Principal of Sacred Heart College, Thevara and is currently the Principal of Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Sciences.

      Dr. J. Isaac is an alumnus of IIT Mumbai, and has a teaching experience of forty years. He has served as principal for 15 years, and has also got industry experience of three years. He has been a Member of the State Board of Technical Education (1992), Member of the Senate of Cochin University of Science & Technology (1992), Member of the Board of Governors of Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu (1993) and Member of the Academic Council (1997), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
