Instructions to the Candidates:
1.Certificates /documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
Data Sheet (can be downloaded from the website)).
2 passport size photographs.
10th standard pass certificate in original.
10th standard marklist in original.
12th standard pass certificate in original.
12th standard marklist in original.
Admit card of CET in original.
Score card of CET in original.
Transfer certificate from the institution last attended.
Character and Conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
Migration/Eligibility Certificate
Physical fitness certificate.
Equivalence/recognition certificate of the qualifying examination (Not applicable to Kerala HSE, CBSE, ISCE).
Original certificate to prove reservation claims, if any.
Original certificate from the parish priest to consider in the Christian Community merit.
2. Fee amount has to be remitted either by cash or in two separate DDs drawn (One DD for Rs. 100000 and another for Rs.77142) in favor of Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology.
3. All the candidates are advised to report at the admission desk as per the schedule given above, failure of which the admission will be cancelled.
4. Candidates will have the freedom to choose a branch according to their interest at the time of admission.
5. Reporting at the admission desk DO NOT ensure admission to any branch. All the seats will be filled according to the order of merit and as per the existing vacancies at that time.
6. If the candidate wish to cancel his/her higher option, a request has to be submitted in a prescribed format which will be available at the admission desk.
7. The management has the right to suspend a session(s) of the admission schedule if there are no vacancies.
8. Candidates have to ensure that they have enough copies of their certificates for their personal use as the copies once submitted cant be taken back immediately.
9. Details regarding Hostels, Conveyance, uniform etc. will be available at the admission counter.
10. Updated vacancy position in each branch under different categories will be available on the website after the admission process on that day. Candidates who have to report after the first day of admission (15th June 2010) are requested to verify the availability of seats through website before coming for admission.
11.Admission will be confirmed only if he/she submit all the certificates in original wherever necessary and remit the required fees at the time of admission.
